Book Outlet

I had been tracking my order which was several weeks overdue. It got to the last postal center and kept stating it was en route.

Finally after too many weeks at its last arrival, I looked up the customer service number, which I couldn't find anywhere on Book Outlet's website, and called to explain what happened. The guy that I spoke to mentioned that several of the books I had ordered were no longer available but he could still order the rest.

I was extremely disappointed but told him to reorder the available ones. Hopefully, I will get these!

Canceled order, no explanation! I did research to see if they are legit. They have my info which makes me nervous I would appreciate communication

I am unable to complete my checkout after several attempts to purchase books form BooksOutlet. Very disappointed in the service.

I ordered antman and wasp small and mighty and star wars a galaxy for everyone. Two if each book only received one needed for twin gift.

I am unable to track my order. Initially, I had to search for an order confirmation and any shipping information.

Now, there isn't any evidence beyond the withdrawal from my checking account that I made a purchase. Their customer service department wants an order number...but my order is not visible anymore to get one.

Needless to say, I will not be ordering from Bookoutlet in the future. I also will make sure none of friends will either.

On October 30 of 2021, I placed the above order with you for 12 books. The books have still not been delivered.

We agreed at the point that I placed the order that they would arrive within 45 days.

Under the Consumer Rights Act you are required to deliver the books to me at the agreed time. As I have still not received my shipment and it is past the agreed time, I believe youre in breach of contract.

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act I am giving you a final opportunity to deliver the goods.

If you do not deliver my order by the end of 2021, I will be entitled to consider our contract at an end and will expect you to refund me the full purchase price of $66.59.

Ordered book online 10 days ago, never received an email or verification of book being sent, still waiting & trying to find out what happened

Called but only got a recording...I'm not very happy with companies you cannot call and talk to a person.

Your new website blocked my device from accessing my account last Wednesday, reached Bookoutlet multiple times to no avail. No one other than automated emails has responded and fixed this.

My android device got locked out from accessing my account on the new website and efforts to reach someone to fix this have failed, a week later still waiting for help. New website akso removed searching multiple categories at a time, which makes no sense and is very slow.

Very bad service and the web site is never up to date.You guys make it very hard to track my orders.I will never shop from book outlet again.By the way,where is my recent order?'
